Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about products, claims, quotes, and Beema Star support

We gathered common questions based on the insurance services and digital actions already available in the application.

01

What insurance products can I request through the app?

You can explore personal and business insurance products already listed in the application, including motor, fire, marine cargo, burglary or theft, travel, bond, accident, property, liability, and workers' compensation cover.

02

How do I request an insurance quote?

Use the Get a Quote page, choose the insurance type and coverage level, then provide your contact details, location, and value at risk. Our team uses that information to prepare pricing guidance that fits your request.

03

Can I submit a claim online?

Yes. The Claims page allows you to submit your policy number, claim type, full name, phone number, email address, and a short description of the incident so the team can follow up on the next steps.

04

What should I prepare before submitting a claim?

It helps to have your policy number, the type of claim, the date of the incident, and any supporting documents ready. The application currently collects the core details first, and the support team follows up for anything additional.

05

How can I contact Beema Star directly?

You can use the Contact Us page to send a support message or complaint. Those submissions are also visible in the admin dashboard so the team can review and respond.

06

Will the admin team receive quote requests, claims, and contact messages?

Yes. The admin dashboard is designed to review product information as well as incoming claims, support messages, and quote requests from the live application.

07

Does the application support multiple languages?

Yes. The app supports English and Kiswahili, and users can switch the visible content from the language selector in the header.

08

What happens if I open a page that does not exist?

The application shows a short unavailable-page message and then redirects you back to the landing page automatically.

Still need help?

If the answer you need is not here yet, use the Contact Us page or go straight to Claims or Get a Quote depending on what you need next.
